We're delighted that True Believers 2018 will again see a great selection of tables featuring many of the best and brightest creators working in the UK Small Press and Independent Comic scene.  Below you will find a full list of the Small Press Tables that will be joining us for our 4th event, including many new faces who will be joining us for the first time...

ACCENT UK

*First Year At TBCF*

Accent UK, comprising creator's Dave West and Colin Mathieson are one of the UK's longest established independent comic publishers having formed in 2002 in their North-West Cheshire base. Best known initially for their successful anthology graphic novels including PIRATES, ZOMBIES, WESTERN etc they worked with the likes of Kieron Gillen, Steve Bissette, Frazer Irving, John Reppion, Leah Moore and many others.

We've also produced several one-shot or comic series written by Dave West, including WOLFMEN (with TB regular Andy Bloor), the Eagle award-winning WHATEVER HAPPENNED TO THE WORLD'S FASTEST MAN?, THE INVISIBLE MAN and more recently the acclaimed WESTERNOIR series with 2000AD featured artist Gary Crutchley which has seven issues released to date and the steampunk themed STEPHENSON'S ROBOT.

We've also published two acclaimed comics from Danish artist Martin Flink, THE MAN OF GLASS and the 'all ages' THE TROLL with a third THE LIZARD to be released in 2017.

Colin Mathieson has also produced several 'all ages' historical fiction strips under his MOMENTS OF ADVENTURES title with his forthcoming ZULU graphic novel due for publication in 2017. Colin's comic work also features in London's newly re-opened NATIONAL ARMY MUSEUM where he was commissioned to produce a comic telling the story of Britain's military comics over a 100 years timeline.

Accent UK's comic titles have been distributed globally through Diamond Comic Distributors and the team have exhibited in the US, Denmark, Finland and throughout the UK and NI but oddly have not yet ventured to Cheltenham where they are keen to experience the joy for themselves!

At least two out of three of Dave, Colin and Gary would attend all of which are writer & artists and happy to sign and sketch for TB attendees and participate in the show's activities as required.

Further information and images can be provided if required, thanks for listening :)
